To enjoy a Storm + Savage + Stress-free exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date and must be in new condition. No exchanges will be processed after 30 days of original purchase, no exceptions.
All requests will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your return. Shipping costs incurred on your original order are not refunded upon return.

We honor exchanges for all items on our site as long as the items are returned within our 30-day exchange window and received in original condition. No visibly worn clothing will be accepted, no exceptions.

Custom service charges may apply and are not calculated into our shipping cost. These fees must be paid at time of arrival to your country's customs service to receive your order.

Our gear is designed for durability. However, that does not mean that Storm + Savage products are indestructible. Unexpected problems do occur and can damage our fabric. We do not accept exchanges or refunds of any kind due to neglect or normal wear and tear including, but certainly not limited to, stains, snags in the fabric, burns or tears.
